How can I purchase a saddle from you?
 It's easy! You can order your saddle directly online through the shop. If you live within a 100km radius of 69151 Neckargemünd, you can also schedule a fitting at your stable.

    How does the free trial work?
    After purchasing a saddle from our online shop, you have 30 days to return it and test it thoroughly. If it doesn't fit, simply return it. The purchase price will be refunded. You only cover the shipping costs for the return shipment.

    This service does not apply to saddles that we have to order specifically for you, but only to saddles that we have in stock. In this case, we recommend ordering a saddle that we already have in stock and that is very similar to your desired saddle (e.g., a different seat size, a different color). For returned saddles ordered specifically for you, we charge a test fee of €150 for 14 days/€250 for up to 30 days.

    When will I get my money back?

    We need up to 7 business days to process your return. Refunds for credit card payments may take a little longer, depending on your payment provider. Refunds via PayPal are usually visible in your PayPal account within a few minutes of your return being confirmed.

      Can you advise me?
       Due to high demand, you must book a detailed consultation online so we can schedule enough time for you. The consultation costs €79 and can be conducted via email or WhatsApp. After placing your order, you will send us meaningful photos and videos of your horse via email or WhatsApp. To ensure the image material is usable, we will send you a guideline for creating the images in advance.         Can I trade in my old saddle?
         Yes, that's possible. Please email sattelverkauf@thesaddletree.de and send us relevant photos and the saddle serial number of your old saddle.

            Do you also offer saddle adjustments?
             We offer saddle fittings within a 50km radius of 69151 Neckargemünd. However, we can recommend skilled saddle fitters in some regions of Germany -> Saddle fitters nationwide
