Online consultation

Here you can book your online consultation or online consultation plus.

This is how it works:

1. You purchase the advice here on this page.

2. You send us meaningful still images.
After your purchase, please send us clear still photos of both sides, a top view, and a video of the horse in motion. Ideally, in all three gaits. You will receive a guide for taking the photos after your order. Please also describe the problems you've had so far when searching for a saddle, what you're looking for, and what's important to you as a rider. The more information we have, the better we can advise you.

3. You can send us the photos/videos and information about your horse by email to sophie@thesaddletree.de or by WhatsApp to +49 176 62032162. Once we have collected everything, we will promptly send you a PDF overview of which saddle models might be a good fit for your horse – independent of our own saddle range. In addition, with Online Consultation Plus, we will discuss the results in a personal 30-minute phone call.

After completing your order, we will be waiting for your information via email (sophie@thesaddletree.de) or WhatsApp (0176/62032162).
