The Equipe Olympia is a super-popular single-leaf dressage saddle with a custom-fit knee roll. It's available in double-leather or a grip-leather version. The Olympia's tree is made of plastic and features a cold-adjustable gullet. The latex panels can be individually adjusted to fit the horse.
